ECO HOMEWARES, PICNIC & BABY

We offer a 14 day refund policy from the order date for our range of eco homewares, picnic and baby products, excluding soaps, candles, beauty range, ozone generators and ozone oils. Goods must be unused, in their original packaging and returned to Elavoland.

No returns will be accepted on used dinnerware unless deemed faulty.

There is a $20 restocking fee per order.

OZONE GENERATORS & OZONE OILS

Elavoland products are made from the highest quality ingredients and also using best in class ozone technology. I guarantee the activates ozone, freshness, and quality of elavoland products. I only offer products that are high quality and beneficial for you – you’ll experience this as soon as you use the products. Because it is my highest priority to enhance and protect your health and because of the perishable nature of the products, all orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

That being said, it is extremely important to me that you are satisfied with your order. If you need assistance in any way with your order or with the products, or if you have any feedback, please contact me and I will assist you as soon as possible.

If for any reason, your products arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete, I will make the situation right immediately. Please contact me so I can remedy the issue.
